Lost Sheep Coffee expands craft RTD range with New! Sugar Cane Iced Decaf Latte with Fibre

Lost Sheep Coffee With decaf set to be the next big growth opportunity for iced coffee, Lost Sheep Coffee is extending its RTD iced coffee range with the launch of a new Sugar Cane Iced Decaf Latte with Fibre that taps into three of the 2026’s biggest drinks trends – decaf, functionality and fibre.

The new addition to the brand’s RTD iced coffee range combines speciality-grade decaf coffee with skimmed milk and chicory root fibre, to create a barista-quality iced latte that delivers quality, flavour and functionality.

Crafted by coffee roasters, Lost Sheep Coffee’s new Decaf Latte with Fibre is made using fully traceable decaf coffee, which is hand roasted in small batches to bring out the coffee’s natural chocolate notes, before being hot brewed and flash chilled to deliver a smooth and refreshing iced latte.

The brand is challenging the perception that decaf RTD means compromise, using speciality-grade beans decaffeinated through a sugar cane process, which gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour, rather than relying on harsh conventional decaf methods or lower-grade coffee.

The result is a delicious iced coffee that combines speciality grade sugar cane decaffeinated coffee beans, skimmed milk, 4.5g of chicory root fibre per can, and just 4.3g sugar per 100g.

It has all the flavour and all the quality, with no instant coffee powder, and no cold brew.

The launch lands as consumer demand for decaf continues to accelerate, with more than one in four Brits (26%) increasing their decaf coffee consumption over the past year, driven by growing interest in mindful caffeine consumption and better-quality decaf.

At the same time, the UK functional drinks market continues to surge, with 24% of shoppers seeking out soft drinks with benefits such as vitamins and fibre.

Stuart Wilson, Founder of Lost Sheep Coffee, says: “Decaf is the next big growth opportunity in iced coffee[4], yet the newly released decaf products in the RTD market are made using instant coffee powder or cold brew, and most are made with commercial grade lower quality decaf options.

We spotted a gap in this new market for a craft decaf iced coffee can made by real coffee roasters, using espresso strength coffee.

With our new Sugar Cane Decaf Iced Latte, we’ve created a coffee that people won’t believe is decaf.

It’s true barista-quality – with depth, chocolate notes and a big mouth feel – while also tapping into growing demand for gut-friendly fibre and functionality.

What makes this different is that it’s real craft coffee. We are coffee roasters first and foremost, with more than 14 years of experience sourcing, roasting and brewing craft coffee.

We only use speciality grade coffee beans that are hand roasted in small batches and sourced transparently from origin. Our decaf coffee is decaffeinated through a sugar cane process, which gently removes caffeine while helping to preserve the coffee’s natural sweetness and flavour. It is then hot brewed and flash chilled for a superior espresso-style taste. There’s no instant powder or cold brew used – just proper barista-style coffee in a can.”

The launch marks the latest innovation from Lost Sheep Coffee as the brand continues to push speciality craft coffee further into the fast-growing RTD & FMCG space.

New! Lost Sheep Iced Decaf Latte with Fibre launches in July. RRP £2.35 for a 250ml can. Available at www.lostsheepcoffee.com and via Ocado, Southern Co-op & Cotswold Fayre with further retailers to be announced.
