Pip OrganicKids’ fruit drinks and snacking brand, Pip Organic, has become a Certified B Corporation (B Corp), as part of its mission to put people and the planet first throughout its business practices.

The family-owned 100% organic brand, co-founded by husband-and-wife duo Patrick and Karen O’Flaherty, joins over 2,500 businesses who have achieved B Corp status across the UK. Companies verified by B Lab must meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability, scoring at least 80 points or higher against this criteria, in a range if metrics, as part of the B Impact Assessment.

Pip Organic has gained the accreditation for its commitment to organic farming and focus on community, demonstrated through the company’s strong relationships with its cooperative farmers and their families. The brand has also been recognised for putting sustainability at the heart of the business, from the way the products are made, through to transport and packaging. The uncompromising quality of Pip Organic’s clean label range, made with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or additives was praised for prioritising its customers – providing value with values.

Pip Organic co-founder, Karen O’Flaherty, said: “We are incredibly proud to achieve B Corp status – it’s a testament to the dedication and hard work of our amazing team here at Pip Organic. Putting people and the planet first is fundamental to our brand promise, but we always wanted to do more to demonstrate our commitment throughout our business practices.”
