Pizza Hut UK Pizza Hut UK is proud to unveil its upgraded loyalty programme, Hut Rewards, which celebrates customers each and every time they order. With each delivery or collection order, customers earn stamps which they can then redeem for treats.

Evolving Pizza Hut’s consumer offering beyond a spend-based model, the upgraded loyalty programme spotlights and rewards every order. With Hut Rewards’ incentives, every order from the Hut is a celebration, whether it’s a quick solo midweek bite or a pizza party at the weekend.

Pizza Hut wants to make all customers feel special, both existing and new, by offering those who sign up for Hut Rewards before 19th April a free small pizza* to get them started on their Hut Rewards journey.

With Hut Rewards, whenever customers want to enjoy their Pizza Hut favourites, they’ll be rewarded with a stamp – all they have to do is come back. Stamps 1, 4, 6 and 9 will earn customers rewards – from a free garlic bread through to a free medium pizza, large pizza or an incredible XXL Big New Yorker.

It’s quick and easy to sign up for Hut Rewards. All customers need to do is download the Pizza Hut UK app and click the Rewards tab or visit the website and sign up here: https://www.pizzahut.co.uk/hut-reward-overview.

Hut Rewards – explained

  • New and existing customers who sign up to Hut Rewards and spend £5 on an order* before 19th April on the Pizza Hut UK app or delivery website will collect one digital stamp, as well as a free small pizza* as a welcome gift.
  • From 20th April customers will earn a digital stamp with each qualifying order over £10*.
  • Stamps 1, 4, 6 and 9 will earn customers rewards – from a free garlic bread through to a free medium and large pizza.
  • Stamp 9 rewards customers with an incredible 16-inch XXL Big New Yorker.
  • Once all 9 stamps have been redeemed, customers start over, reaping the rewards again and again each time they make a delivery or collection order through the UK app or delivery website.
  • Hut Rewards are not earned and cannot be redeemed on dine-in orders at Pizza Hut restaurants.

Jana Ulaite, CMO of Pizza Hut UK, said: “We believe in celebrating every pizza occasion, whether it’s watching a midweek football game or a big pizza party, we are here to Feed Good Times. It’s about recognising all our customers and making every order feel special, with plenty of perks along the way, including free pizza to get you started – because earning rewards should feel effortless.”

The relaunch is supported by a creative campaign designed by agencies Among Equals, Spark and Krow, promoting Hut Rewards as the loyalty scheme that loves you back. Across multiple touchpoints, the campaign will maximise visibility and drive enrolments through playful, tongue in cheek messaging that frames repeat visits as relationship milestones.
