Reckitt Global healthcare leader Reckitt is the latest multinational to join the GenM collective, with products across five household brands achieving MTick certification, further expanding trusted menopause support for the UK’s 15.5 million perimenopausal and menopausal women.

Products from Gaviscon, Optrex, Nurofen, Durex and KY have now been independently assessed through GenM‘s MTick certification process, helping women more easily identify products that may support a range of recognised signs of menopause. The certification adds 21 products spanning digestive health, eye care, pain relief and intimate wellness to the growing GenM Collective, reinforcing industry-wide momentum behind making menopause support more visible, accessible and easier to shop.

Heather Jackson, CEO and co-founder of GenM, comments, “We’re seeing more of the world’s biggest brands recognising that menopause shouldn’t sit on the sidelines of healthcare. Every new brand that joins the GenM Collective helps make menopause support more trusted, visible, and accessible for women to navigate.

“The addition of Gaviscon, Optrex, Nurofen, Durex and KY following successful MTick-certification means that women can now identify trusted products across even more everyday healthcare categories, helping them search, source and shop with greater confidence.”

The addition of Reckitt’s five brands further strengthens the GenM Collective, which now includes more than 150 brands and retailers committed to making menopause support easier to find, understand and access with MTick certification.

“Reckitt is setting an important example for how everyday healthcare can better support women through menopause. By bringing together Gaviscon, Optrex, Nurofen, Durex and KY under the MTick, Reckitt is helping to normalise menopause with household brands that women know and trust. Menopause is experienced differently by every woman, and support should be just as accessible, visible and diverse, to cater to the wide range of 48 recognised signs of menopause.”

Nikki Hayward, Northern Europe category director, selfcare, at Reckitt, said “At Reckitt, we have a long-standing commitment to advocate for women’s health. Our partnership with GenM builds on this commitment by supporting women through menopause with trusted solutions from our Self Care and Intimate Wellness brands. Together, we are helping to break down barriers, increase visibility of an often-overlooked life stage, and ensure women feel supported every step of the way. This partnership is a strong reflection of Reckitt’s purpose to deliver better health, every day, putting consumers at the heart of everything we do.”

The partnership reinforces GenM‘s mission to make menopause more visible, understood and supported, while enabling women to more easily discover trusted products that meet their needs.
