Much-loved Vietnamese street food restaurant Pho is kicking off the New Year with a crowd-pleasing Free Pho Day, as it opens the doors to its brand-new site located just a few minutes walk from Russell Square, at The Brunswick Centre on Friday 16th January.
From 12pm, diners are invited to enjoy a FREE bowl of pho when visiting the new restaurant, with up to 800 bowls set to be given away throughout the day. No bookings are required – it’s eat-in only, available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Pho’s Free Pho Day has become a much-anticipated fixture for Londoners, with previous launches seeing queues form early as fans flock to get their hands on the brand’s signature rice noodle soup.
As Vietnam’s national dish, pho is celebrated for its comforting yet nourishing balance of 12-hour slow-simmered bone broth, fresh herbs, rice noodles and lean proteins. On the day, guests will be able to choose from Pho’s full pho menu, including Beef Brisket, Spicy Chicken, King Prawn, and Mushroom & Tofu, among others.
Founded in 2005 by husband-and-wife team Stephen and Juliette Wall, Pho has built a loyal following for its fresh, flavour-packed Vietnamese dishes and naturally gluten-friendly menu, with 98% of dishes gluten-free and accredited by Coeliac UK.
The Brunswick Centre restaurant adds to Pho’s growing London footprint and offers locals a new go-to spot for comforting bowls of pho alongside classic Vietnamese street food, from summer rolls and spring rolls to curries and wok-fried noodles.
