Spar Winter WinsSpar North of England shoppers can begin 2026 with a bang through James Hall & Co. Ltd’s Winter Wins campaign.

Spar Winter Wins launched on Friday 2nd January 2026, offering customers the chance to Tap, Spin and Win from a pool of over 275,000 instant rewards on big brand products.

Off the back of hugely popular Jet Set Jackpot and Frozen Fortune gamification campaigns run in 2025, Winter Wins follows a similar format with one lucky customer winning a £10,000 grand prize after the campaign ends on Wednesday 18th February 2026.

Spar Winter Wins

Free to play, customers first participate in an Ice Breaker game where players tap the block of ice until it cracks, revealing if they are a winner.

After playing the Ice Breaker game three times, players unlock a bonus game where they can spin a wheel to win a guaranteed reward.

Winning customers will receive a text with a link to a digital voucher which they can then redeem at participating Spar stores across the North of England.

To participate, all Spar North of England customers need to do to is visit winterwins.co.uk, submit their details, and start playing.

As with previous Spar gamification campaigns, the technology behind the Spar Winter Wins has been developed in partnership between James Hall & Co. Ltd and Abraxas Marketing.

Philippa Harrington, marketing manager at James Hall & Co. Ltd, said: “We are excited to launch our latest gamification campaign Spar Winter Wins to our customers, offering them a whole 48 days of free chances to play and win.

“January and February are traditionally the belt-tightening months when it comes to budgeting, so it is great to be able to offer Spar customers the opportunity to blast away those winter blues with an excellent range of instant rewards and the prospect of playing for that tantalising £10,000 grand prize.

“Spar Winter Wins also has been warmly received by our valued network of suppliers who have really come to the table once again with their support. We are hugely appreciative of this continued backing, with special thanks to our platinum sponsors Carlsberg Britvic, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, and KIND.”

The full list of suppliers supporting Spar Winter Wins is: AG Barr, Birdseye, Carlsberg Britvic, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Kellogg’s, KIND, Nestlé Confectionery, Mars Wrigley, Moju, Mondelez, Müller, Premier Foods, Red Bull, Vimto, and Walkers.

James Hall & Co. Ltd is a fifth-generation family business which serves a network of independent SPAR retailers and company-owned Spar stores across Northern England six days a week from its base at Bowland View in Preston.
