Starbucks unveils new Ube Vanilla beverage range for spring 2026

Discover a vibrant new seasonal favourite this Spring, with Starbucks Ube Vanilla range available first to Starbucks® Rewards members from 26 February

StarbucksSpring has arrived at Starbucks with a splash of purple, as the brand unveils its new Ube Vanilla beverage range.

Inspired by flavours of the Philippines, where ube is an iconic ingredient, Starbucks latest seasonal launch invites customers to discover a distinctive new flavour. With smooth, nutty and vanilla notes. The Ube Vanilla range offers multiple ways for customers to enjoy the flavour across a variety of coffee, matcha tea and Frappuccino® blended beverages.

Introducing the Ube Vanilla Velvet Latte, where Ube Vanilla-flavour sauce is expertly blended with Starbucks Blonde® espresso and steamed milk, then finished with a layer of silky Ube Vanilla-flavour cold foam. The result is a beautifully balanced drink with new and exciting flavours, colourful layers and an unmistakable pop of purple, perfectly capturing the spirit of the new season.

For those who favour a macchiato or a matcha latte, Starbucks reimagines classic favourites with an Ube Vanilla twist. The Ube Vanilla Velvet Matcha Latte, Iced Ube Vanilla Velvet Matcha Latte and Iced Ube Vanilla Macchiato transform everyday orders into elevated Ube Vanilla moments. The range is also available as the Starbucks iconic Frappuccino® blended beverage, with both Coffee and Cream options available.

Starbucks® Rewards members can enjoy an exclusive first taste of the full Ube Vanilla range from 26 February 2026, before it becomes available to all customers nationwide in participating stores from 5 March 2026.

Alongside the new beverages, the Starbucks Signature Bakery Collection is now widely available across all UK stores, offering customers the perfect way to complement their seasonal sip with freshly baked artisanal baked goods. The range features much-loved items, including the Cinnamon Bun, finished with orange-infused cream cheese icing, as well as the Pistachio Scroll and Raspberry Jam & Custard Doughnut. Classic afternoon bites such as the Victoria Sponge Cake Slice and Carrot Cake are also available, joined by the new Chick Cake Pop (available from 19 March), offering an easy pairing for every coffee moment.

This Spring is the perfect time to explore a new blend at home with the Starbucks® Spring™ Season Blend. Crafted exclusively for at‑home brewing, the seasonal coffee features delicate notes of honeybush and cocoa, offering a lighter, more nuanced profile designed to be savoured and enjoyed beyond the coffeehouse.

How to Sip on the Spring Menu:  

  • Starbucks® Rewards members can access the new beverages from 26 February, in-store and via the Starbucks® UK app for mobile ordering.
  • Starbucks® Rewards members earn Stars on every purchase and can redeem them for handcrafted drinks, bakery items and merchandise.
  • Starbucks® Rewards members can pay with any credit or debit card, using the Starbucks® UK app, select mobile wallets or their Starbucks Card, or use cash, credit or debit card in store to collect Stars and earn a variety of food, beverage and merchandise options for free as part of the Starbucks® Rewards programme.  
  • Order via the Starbucks® UK app, available for iPhone® and Android™. Ts&Cs apply. 18+. Participating stores only.    
  • For stores where it is available, you can use the Starbucks® UK app to order ahead and collect in store. Customers can find their nearest store on Starbucks® Store Locator and filter using “Mobile Order and Pay” on the web, or by using the Store Locator in the Starbucks® UK app (not available to order via Starbucks® Delivers.)  
  • The full menu is available for all customers in stores across the UK and via Starbucks® Delivers from 5 March. Customers can find out if delivery is available near them at: www.starbucks.co.uk/delivers

Beverages:

NEW Ube Vanilla Velvet Latte (Prices start at RRP £5.45): Ube vanilla flavour sauce is combined with Starbucks Blonde® espresso and steamed milk, then topped with silky Ube Vanilla flavour cold foam.

NEW Iced Ube Vanilla Macchiato (Prices start at RRP £5.60): Ube Vanilla flavour sauce is combined with milk and ice, then topped with Starbucks Blonde® Roast Espresso.

NEW Ube Vanilla Velvet Matcha Latte (Prices start at RRP £5.45): Matcha green tea is steamed together with milk and combined with Ube vanilla flavour sauce. It’s then topped with silky Ube Vanilla flavour cold foam.

NEW Iced Ube Vanilla Matcha Latte (Prices start at RRP £5.50): Ube Vanilla flavour sauce is combined with milk and ice, then topped with matcha green tea.

NEW Ube Vanilla Coffee Frappuccino® blended beverage (Prices start at RRP £5.50): Ube Vanilla flavour sauce is blended with Frappuccino® roast coffee, milk and ice and finished with whipped cream.

NEW Ube Vanilla Cream Frappuccino® blended beverage (Prices start at RRP £5.50): Ube Vanilla flavour sauce is blended with milk and ice and finished with whipped cream.

Food:

Pistachio Scroll (Prices start at RRP £4.50): Croissant dough filled with pistachio butter, with a white chocolate and pistachio topping.

Cinnamon Bun (Prices start at RRP £3.70): Sweet dough with cinnamon filling and topped with an orange infused cream cheese icing.

Raspberry Jam and Custard Doughnut (Prices start at RRP £3.65) Doughnut with custard filling, raspberry jam and dried raspberries.

Victoria Sponge Cake Slices (Prices start at RRP £3.80): Two layers of moist vanilla sponge cake filled with a rich buttercream frosting and raspberry jam decorated with a dusting of icing sugar.

Carrot Cake (Prices start at RRP £4.10): A moist carrot cake with sultanas and walnuts topped with a Belgian white chocolate buttercream, decorated with nibbed walnuts.

NEW (Available from 19 March) Chick Cake Pop (Prices start from RRP £3.05): Bitesize vanilla flavour cake and digestive biscuit crumb, dipped in yellow coloured white chocolate with white chocolate wings, black icing eyes and an orange sugarpaste beak.
