Today, leading accessible health and beauty retailer, Superdrug, announces the rollout of the Next Big Thing, a new in-store initiative designed to showcase the latest trending and viral beauty products.

The dedicated in-store fixture highlights the most talked about brands and beauty trends, helping customers discover the latest trending products and beauty innovations in-store.

Superdrug has already launched the Next Big Thing in over 40 stores, with the rollout set to expand to 122 locations across the UK by the end of March.

Each fixture has been designed to spotlight trending brands and products, creating a destination in-store where customers can easily discover the products currently shaping the beauty landscape.

One of the first brands featured on the installation is the fast-rising cosmetics brand Made By Mitchell, which has built a strong following through its bold, artist-led approach to makeup and vibrant product range.

Alongside this, the installation highlights a curated mix of international skincare brands and trending beauty products. International skincare brands currently featured include Anua, Medicube, Biodance, HaruHaru Wonder and Skin1004, reflecting the continued demand for globally trending skincare innovations among UK beauty shoppers.

Additional end cap displays currently feature popular beauty brands Tir Tir and Daise, alongside trending products from Revolution Beauty.

The initiative forms part of Superdrug’s ongoing strategy to continue enhancing the in-store customer experience by bringing together trending brands and innovation within modern, welcoming retail environments designed to immerse, inform and engage customers.

Megan Potter, Superdrug’s trading director, commented: “Customers increasingly want to discover the latest beauty trends when they visit our stores, whether that’s emerging brands, globally trending skincare or the newest product innovations. The Next Big Thing gives us the opportunity to showcase these brands in a clear and engaging way, creating a dedicated destination where customers can explore all that’s new and exciting in the world of beauty.

“It’s another step in our ongoing investment in modern retail environments that encourage discovery and help customers find the products everyone is talking about.”

The rollout of The Next Big Thing fixtures will continue across Superdrug stores throughout the coming weeks.
