The Shirt Company The Shirt Company, the independent London-based brand specialising in premium shirts and blouses for women, is delighted to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Shirt Dress Collection. Inspired by Christian Dior’s iconic ‘New Look’, these effortless pieces blend modern femininity with classic elegance, offering maximum impact with minimum effort.

Crafted from the finest natural cottons, each shirt dress is designed in The Shirt Company’s London studio and produced to the highest quality standards in Europe. Combining timeless design with practicality, this collection is perfect for the woman who wants versatile, flattering garments that transcend occasions with ease.

Donna Middleton, founder and creative director of The Shirt Company, says: “Our shirt dress collection embodies effortless elegance, reimagining timeless femininity with flattering fit-and-flare silhouettes that complement every body shape. With cinched waists, statement obi belts, and flowing skirts crafted from 100% cotton, these dresses offer a modern yet wearable look. The rich chocolate brown transitions beautifully into the new season, while bold red, classic navy, and black ensure everyday sophistication with a contemporary edge.”

Key features of the Collection:

● Christiane: A super versatile, flattering shirt dress with an elasticated waist and self-tie obi belt for a cinched-in silhouette. Inspired by Audrey Hepburn’s classic style in Roman Holiday, this midi-length piece is perfect for both on-duty and off-duty looks. Available in Navy, Red, and Chocolate.

●  Le Marais: Cut from dreamy cotton sateen, this dress flatters all figures with a comfortable elasticated waist, deep side pockets, and an easy-fit sleeve. It transitions seamlessly from day to night, offering an effortlessly chic look. Available in Red, Black, Navy, and Chocolate.

The Shirt Company ●  Ottilie: This straight-cut shirt dress with a wide obi belt defines the waist, creating a structured yet relaxed silhouette. It’s both practical and elegant, featuring bracelet-length sleeves and deep side pockets. Available in Royal Blue, Chocolate, and Black.

●  Veronica: A beautiful midaxi-length dress, designed with a circular skirt and a wide belt for a slimming silhouette. Its mid-weight cotton sateen fabric and chic style make it perfect for a variety of occasions. Available in Navy, Navy & White Stripe, Chocolate, and Chocolate & White Stripe.

The Shirt Company The shirt dresses are available in sizes UK 6-18 in a shorter and longer length, ensuring a comfortable and flattering fit for all women. Sustainably produced using Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) standards, The Shirt Company continues its commitment to responsible fashion, offering pieces crafted from natural fibres, using recycled and biodegradable packaging, and transported by road to reduce environmental impact.

The Shirt Dress Collection will be available to purchase online from 20th of March 2025. For more information or to shop the collection, visit
