The UK’s premier destination for fine and rare whiskies and spirits, The Whisky Exchange has announced the appointment of Natalie Tennent as Managing Director, effective 7 July 2025.
With 30 years of experience at Britain’s oldest wine and spirits merchant, Berry Bros. & Rudd, Tennent brings with her a wealth of expertise gained from a variety of commercial, finance and operations roles.
Most recently, in her role as Chief Commercial Officer, Tennent has driven the international expansion of the business, and developed a wide range of experiences to delight the most demanding consumers worldwide. Her previous experience in developing the spirits division at Berry Bros. & Rudd will provide her with a deep understanding of the ever-changing landscape of The Whisky Exchange, Speciality Drinks and Whisky.Auction.
In her new role, Tennent will oversee The Whisky Exchange, Speciality Drinks and Whisky.Auction.
Following a 3.5 year tenure successfully managing the transition of the company into the Pernod Ricard ecosystem, Olivier Gasperin, Deputy Managing Director, will be returning to Pernod Ricard HQ at the end of June.
