WayfairHome furnishings retailer Wayfair has announced the launch of a new loyalty programme for shoppers as the brand continues to invest in the UK market.

Wayfair Rewards is now available for UK customers following a successful launch of the programme in the USA and further expansion into Canada earlier this year.

Customers who choose to enrol in Wayfair Rewards will access an extensive set of benefits tailored to the Wayfair shopper, including five per cent (5%) back in rewards on every item, free standard delivery, a birthday gift, and a range of special offers and discounts.

With an annual membership fee of £20, the loyalty programme has been designed to deliver immediate value to Wayfair shoppers who can both earn and redeem their rewards across the retailer’s expansive online catalogue on everything from bedding and décor to furniture and larger home purchases.

Rewards earned through the programme do not expire for members, so shoppers can choose to redeem as they shop, or save them up for a bigger discount on a purchase of their choice.

“Wayfair Rewards has been designed to deliver exactly what our customers want – a high reward rate, benefits which maximise value and a smart way to save, in an easy-to-use wrapper,” said William Merricks, General Manager of Wayfair UK.

“We’ve seen an incredible response from our USA and Canadian roll outs and are excited to be able to bring the programme to our UK customers next. Whether shoppers are making smaller home updates, or working on a bigger renovation project, this is our way of recognising them and giving them meaningful rewards that add up over time.”

Wayfair Rewards UK benefits include:

  • 5% back in rewards* on all merchandise across Wayfair
  • Free standard delivery* on all items, regardless of order size
  • Rewards never expire so long as customers maintain their membership, and can be applied towards future purchases
  • Exclusive member-only sales, with deep discounts on products across categories
  • Early access to Wayfair’s major sales events
  • Priority customer service with a dedicated phone line for fast and high-quality service
  • Other special offers and perks
Launching on 13th April 2026, for more information on Wayfair Rewards and terms and conditions, visit Wayfair.co.uk/wayfair-rewards.
