Reading Time: 3 mins read

This January, LEON is kicking off the new year with a Veganuary menu packed with vibrant, plant-powered dishes designed to help guests do it their way. With a focus on bold flavours, wholesome ingredients, and new customisation, this menu offers something for everyone from seasoned plant lovers to those simply looking for more plants on their plates.

NEW IN: FALA-FULL OF FLAVOUR

This Veganuary, LEON is bringing you falafel like you’ve never seen before. Packed with greens, bursting with Middle Eastern spices, and finished with all the trimmings, these new falafel dishes add a fresh spin to your plant-forward dining.

Meet the ultimate plant-powered bowl: LEON’s Falafel Super Bowl (£6.99 – 33 Plant Points). A vibrant mix of supergreen falafel, Middle Eastern spiced roasted veggies, greens, and grains, all topped with a crunchy 7-seed mix and our creamy Golden Goddess Dressing. Perfectly balanced and bursting with flavour.

Herb your enthusiasm. The Herby Falafel Wrap (£5.99 – 20 Plant Points) wrap packs in fresh, herby falafel, with a double hit of LEON Chilli Sauce and Golden Goddess Dressing, then layered with crispy onions, pickles, and vibrant roasted peppers. Bold, fresh, and absolutely loaded with plants.

The Supergreen Falafel Box (£5.99 – 19 Plant Points) is packed with herby falafels, chickpeas, broccoli, broad beans, and spinach, served on a bed of brown rice with the perfect drizzle of Golden Goddess Dressing, a kick from LEON Chilli Sauce, and a zingy lemon wedge to tie it all together.

Mini but mighty, the Kids’ Falafel Rice Box (£3.99) is the perfect veggie treat for little ones. Our signature falafel, cherry tomatoes, peas, brown rice, and a dollop of ketchup for good measure.

NEW IN: SIDEKICKS

No meal is complete without a sidekick or two, and this Veganuary, LEON’s got a delicious new duo. Peas ’N’ Seeds (£2.29 – 11 Plant Points) brings a refreshing crunch with a vibrant mix of peas and seeds—light, nutritious, and easy to enjoy on the go. For a tangy twist, the Yuzu Pickled Cucumbers (£1.49 – 6 Plant Points) offer a bright, zesty bite.

CULT CLASSICS

Brazilian Black Bean (£4.99 – 11 Plant Points) is an instant classic for less than a fiver. Black beans, carrots and onions team up with a zesty mix of paprika and oregano, with an added burst of freshness from cool mint and parsley. The result is a rich blend of flavour and texture that will truly upgrade your lunch game.

LEON’s dreamy LOVe Burger (£6.49) is another iconic favourite for Veganuary. A vegan burger topped with our LOVe Burger sauce, fresh tomato relish, crunchy lettuce, pickles and a slice of mature cheddar vegan cheeze.

NEW IN: BUILD YOUR OWN SUPER BOWLS

In a LEON first, the January menu debuts “Build Your Own Super Bowls”, where guests can craft their ideal plant-based bowl, from the greens to the grains and dressings. It’s a new way to make every dish feel like it’s yours, and it’s just the start of LEON’s journey toward more personalised dining.

NEW IN: GOLDEN GLOW DRINKS RANGE

2025 also says hello to LEON’s new Turmeric Range – filled with warm, nourishing drinks that are as good for the soul as they are for the taste buds. These liquid gold drinks are the perfect antidote to winter chills.

Turmeric Latte (£4.30) – Sip on pure comfort. Our unique turmeric blend comes together with ginger, cardamom, and black pepper, finished with your milk alternative of choice.
Turmeric Chai Latte (£4.45) – A warm fusion of our turmeric blend with aromatic chai spices, for a soothing, spiced latte with a touch of kick.
Sweet Turmeric & Lemon Booster (£4.30) – Feeling the chill? This hot tonic combines our turmeric blend with zesty lemon and a hint of vanilla. Perfect for those looking to cosy up with a sweet, immune-boosting sip.
Iced Chai Latte (£4.30) – A chilled twist on our fan-favourite Chai Latte, made with your milk alternative of choice.

From plant-powered bowls to warming turmeric drinks, the LEON Veganuary menu is here to make 2025 the best year yet. With flavours that jump off the plate and customisation at every turn, this January, it’s all about doing Veganuary your way.

LEON’s Veganuary Menu launches January 8th at all LEON Restaurants.
All dishes will be available for takeaway, click & collect and delivery.
Order via the LEON Club app to skip the queue.
