J&J® Global Fulfilment supports John Clarke Sports Nutrition with internationalisation strategy partnership

John Clarke Sports NutritionFast growing supplement brand John Clarke Sports Nutrition is looking towards internationalisation and further growth thanks to its partnership with J&J® Global Fulfilment.

The brand was originally created out of necessity, after owner and creator John Clarke was forced to close the gym he was running for good. He had always wanted to launch his own supplement line and this was the perfect opportunity. What began as a survival tactic quickly turned into a fully-fledged business and demand grew at pace.

Partnering with J&J® has allowed John Clarke Sports Nutrition to meet the ambitious plans to scale its direct-to-consumer operations and improve delivery performance. Through the use of ControlPort™, the business has been able to track orders in real time and easily monitor stock levels for all products. By leveraging J&J®’s same-day dispatch cut off time, the business could also ensure parcels were delivered within a 2-day timeframe. This has also helped the business triple its revenue growth and see incredible increases in orders shipped.

Looking to the future, more growth is on the horizon. With trust established and a scalable operation in place, the business is doubling down on brand development, content creation, and product innovation. The team are also exploring options to localise fulfilment in the US and EU via J&J®’s international network of fulfilment centres.

John Clarke, co-dounder of John Clarke Sports Nutrition, said: “Before working with J&J® I was overly busy and really unorganised if I’m honest. Fulfilment cost, wages, pensions, it just wasn’t scalable when handled by just one person. My eCommerce consultant suggested that I look into a fulfilment centre and actually recommended J&J®. Where I found other fulfilment providers to be overly aggressive in their sales approach, the team here were different.”

“From that first day I reached out to the team I haven’t looked back. We’ve basically quadrupled monthly revenue, the growth has been incredible. The communication, organisation and efficiency are all outstanding. Everything is tracked and monitored, we know exactly where each order is and what is happening.”
