HotvilleThe Nashville fried chicken takeaway Hotville has turned up the heat on its franchised expansion, confirming the opening of its first London based store.  Hotville will open in The Chimes Shopping Centre in Uxbridge in May and the site will be run by new franchisee and experienced industry professional Gohar Zaidi.

Usman Ganny, franchisor and co-founder of Hotville explains: “As well as our first London site, Uxbridge is also our first store within a shopping centre which is an exciting step for us.  The Chimes is managed by Savills and part of the Intu group of centres.  It’s a destination venue which has everything for an enjoyable family day out, from entertainment to shopping plus over 20 food brands.  Launching in such a prestigious location alongside many household names, will significantly raise Hotville’s profile and pave the way for further franchised expansion.”

Franchisee Gohar Zaidi said: “While there are many food franchise opportunities available across the UK, I carried out thorough research before choosing Hotville.  The company is growing rapidly, offers strong return on investment, and has a proven, popular concept.  It is also backed by an experienced team, giving franchisees the best possible foundation to run a successful operation.  I’m very much looking forward to the opening and welcoming customers to try our delicious fresh fried chicken.”

The Uxbridge launch will bring Hotville’s UK franchise portfolio to seven locations, as the company continues its ambition to become a national chain, with a further five sites set to open this year.  As a result, Hotville is now welcoming applications from potential franchisees to set up and run their own successful take away sites in strategic locations across the UK, fully supported by Hotville’s experienced team.

Franchisees will receive full training, support with site sourcing, store fit out, and turn-key opening of stores in addition to professional marketing to maximise a successful launch.  Franchisees benefit from a fully tested business model with an ROI of between16-24 months.
