
This spring, Gü is expanding its premium chilled desserts portfolio with the launch of a White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake and a new Fruit Crèmes range, designed to tap into the growing demand for indulgent, fruit-led desserts ahead of the summer season.
These new launches combine Gü’s signature indulgence with bold, vibrant flavour profiles, bringing greater variety and excitement to the chilled dessert aisle.
White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake
This four layered dessert combines a golden biscuit base with a vibrant raspberry compote, creamy mascarpone and white chocolate cheesecake, and is topped with bronzed sugar sprinkles. The sweetness of white chocolate is balanced with the tangy raspberry, creating a delicious contrast.
The White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake is the latest addition to Gü’s cheesecake range, joining the recently launched, best-selling, Salted Pistachio Cheesecake which is now available in retailers nationwide.
Fruit Crèmes – A new era of fruity indulgence
Gü’s new Fruit Crèmes range includes three flavour combinations: Lemon & Yuzu, Raspberry & Strawberry, and Mango & Passionfruit. Each dessert is crafted with generous helpings of double cream, delivering a luxuriously smooth, indulgent texture alongside bold, fruit-forward flavours.
Lemon and Yuzu pairs Spanish lemon crème with aromatic Japanese yuzu, delivering a bright, citrus led profile. Raspberry and Strawberry combines a smooth raspberry crème with a rich berry compote. Mango and Passionfruit delivers a tropical blend with a silky crème and chunky mango compote.

With the Fruit Crèmes range, we wanted to find ingredients that really excite the senses and explore flavour combinations that feel fresh and distinctive. I’ve always had a soft spot for Japanese yuzu, and pairing it with our beloved Spanish lemon felt like a natural meeting of two citrus worlds – it is a personal favourite!”
Available in a two pack premium ramekin format, both the White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake and Fruit Crèmes range will be available at an RRP of £3.95 (prices at retailers’ discretion), launching in stores throughout April and May.
