Design Arc UK, a pioneer in global supply chain solutions announces the acquisition of womenswear fashion and lifestyle brand, Lily and Lionel. The strategic expansion will be launched alongside the launch of Raffya and Jagged & Beau, two curated new womenswear brands, designed exclusively in-house. The news will solidify Design Arc’s mission in reshaping fashion through innovation and sustainability and creating a new concept of The House of Brands.

As a flagship entity under the umbrella of global fashion infrastructure company, PDS Limited, Design Arc Brands is set to unveil its first ever wholesale collection with Lily and Lionel, Raffya and Jagged & Beau at Pure London X JATC Stand E25, the UK’s leading trade fashion buying event. The milestone event will serve as the debut platform for all three brands which will see curated collections of exclusive, high-quality designs with global appeal.

Hailing from the heart of London, Lily and Lionel is a ready-to-wear, British print house which celebrates elegance and self-expression. Established in 2008, the brand has garnered a devoted, cult following with its unique blend of vintage charm and contemporary style. From elegant shirts and stunning jackets, to statement midi dresses and accessories, its elevated fabrications and feminine silhouettes are designed to master day-to- night dressing.

In contrast, Raffya is a year-round resort collection that captures the essence of a free spirit. Offering an eclectic mix of vibrant dresses, co-ords, and shirts adorned with beautiful prints, bold colours, and meticulous hand- sewn embroidery, Raffya is your go-to for your sunshine staples. Each piece is crafted with precision and care in India and the brand’s commitment to ethical practices shines through its carefully sourced partners and skilled artisans. Design Arc Brand will oversee the global design, sourcing, and distribution of both brands moving forward.

Jagged & Beau are a ready-to-wear women’s occasion wear brand with a design philosophy that is rooted in the belief that style should reflect your power. The brand’s direction and concept are simple yet revolutionary: they are dedicated to bringing the high-fashion spirit of the catwalk straight to your wardrobe. Whether you are attending a red-carpet event, celebrating a milestone, or simply want to elevate your everyday style – the Jagged & Beau collections aim to deliver elegance and glamour.

Rakesh Chadha, managing director from Design Arc UK, said of the news: “In line with our mission of providing innovative fashion solutions through trusted and global standards, our corporate ambition is to establish a new Brands Business offering Direct to Consumer and Wholesale customers a best-in-class experience working with our House of Brands. We are therefore thrilled to be showcasing Lily and Lionel, Raffya and Jagged & Beau as they launch their first ever collection into the wholesale space. Despite distinct identities, our commitment to serving a diverse customer base drives our expansion strategy. Our dual-pronged approach engages end consumers and establishes partnerships with wholesale accounts, positioning us for sustainable growth, a strong global corporate presence, and heightened brand awareness. Our positive working practices, deep understanding of the product and anticipated problem-solving ability directs us to offer customised, fast responsive service not only to our customers but also to our suppliers.”

He added: “the unique design originality of our brands sets us apart from competitors, and we anticipate huge success for 2024”.
