Hawaiian Tropic Hawaiian Tropic Hawaiian Tropic, the skin-loving sun care brand that’s part of the Edgewell Personal Care portfolio, has launched two new products – the Glowing Protection Face Cream SPF 50 and the Hydrating After Sun Skin Nourishing Oil.

The UK sun care market is worth £438.9m and growing by 3.6.% YOY*, driven by the desire for effective sun protection. Currently, 72% of UK adults use sun protection, making this a key category driver, but only 11% use an after sun product, providing an opportunity for further growth**.

Hawaiian Tropic is looking to capitalise on this ahead of the peak summer season with two new products that offer advanced sun protection and post-sun care to nourish and enhance the skin.

Hawaiian Tropic Glowing Protection Face Cream SPF 50 – RRP – £13.59

Dermatologically tested, vegan and oil-free, this lightweight face SPF 50 ensures gentle care while offering high UVA/UVB protection against sun-induced skin ageing. The indulgent cream is fast-absorbing and blends seamlessly across all skin tones without clogging pores.

Perfect for daily use, this face cream is packed with high-quality, skin-loving ingredients like Shea Butter and Vitamin E and provides an impenetrable sun defence, leaving skin glowing and protected, with no white residue. Its tropical scent adds a refreshing touch, making it the ideal companion for any sun-kissed adventure.

Hawaiian Tropic Hydrating After Sun Skin Nourishing Oil – RRP – £14

This lightweight, fast-absorbing mist offers a luxurious, ultra-hydrating experience, blending Jojoba and Avocado oils with Vitamin E for soothing, 12-hour moisturisation – all with a hint of Hawaiian Tropic’s delicate tropical scent.

The vegan formula rejuvenates and softens the skin, helping to preserve sun tans while keeping consumers comforted and revitalised – so they can enjoy every moment from sunrise to sunset with confidence and style.

Both products feature eco-conscious packaging made from post-consumer recycled plastic, reflecting Hawaiian Tropic’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and its ethically minded approach.

The Glowing Protection Face Cream SPF 50 and the Hydrating After Sun Skin Nourishing Oil are now readily available in-store and online at major retailers including Boots, Superdrug and Amazon.

Georgia Dass, senior brand manager at Edgewell Personal Care, said: “At Hawaiian Tropic, we celebrate the sun’s power to bring warmth, life, and happiness to consumers. Our commitment is to deliver sun care that not only protects and nourishes the skin but also enhances every sun-soaked adventure, ensuring our shoppers feel cared for and protected.

“With these latest additions, Hawaiian Tropic continues to set the standard for indulgent yet effective sun care, blending luxurious, skin-loving ingredients with high-performance protection – so consumers can embrace the joy of the sunshine, wherever they are and whatever they’re doing this summer.”
