“Retailers know they need to build AI into their business processes and customer offering – many see great potential in the technology – but exactly what, where and how is proving a challenge to ensure they get maximum benefit from it”, said Andy Mulcahy, strategy and insight director at IMRG. “We function as a central point for the ecommerce community to come together, so we wanted to create a space for the retailers to meet and discuss the challenges and opportunities around AI and facilitate the next wave of innovation in ecommerce.”
