To celebrate the launch of Jack Daniel’snew Bonded Rye Whiskey – the latest addition to the Bonded Series portfolio – five bars nationwide will be exclusively offering unique cocktail serves using Jack Daniel’s Bonded Rye Whiskey.

The participating bars include Present Company in Liverpool, Blinker Bar in Manchester, Present Company in Bristol, Panda & Sons in Edinburgh, as well as The Hawksmoor in London.

Each bar will be exclusively serving their unique Jack Daniel’s Bonded Rye Whiskey cocktails from March 7th, for a limited time of 3 weeks only. These five bars will be the only place you will find Bonded Rye during this exclusivity period.

Blinker Bar in Manchester will be serving the ‘Royal Rumble’ (£12), a combination of Jack Daniel’s Bonded Rye, Bergamot, Manzanilla, Lemon and a dash of Rhubarb Soda.

Meanwhile in Edinburgh, Panda & Sons have developed the ‘Vinculo’, comprising Jack Daniel’s Bonded Rye, Corn Liqueur, Sweet Vermouth Blend, Saline, finishing with a punchy kick of Ancho Chilli.

Next up, Present Company in Liverpool will be offering the ‘Maison Rye’ cocktail, featuring Jack Daniel’s Bonded Rye, Cocchi Americano, and notes of Banana Peel and bitters running through, garnished with a toasted banana slice.

Finally, Filthy XIII in Bristol have hand crafted the ‘Neon Rebound’ which offers a Cranberry and Raspberry based cocktail, with notes of orange blossom running through, served with a raspberry garnish.

Jack Daniel’s Bonded Rye is a Tennessee Rye Whiskey bottled at 100 proof (50% alc. by vol.), and is the first rye whiskey from the Jack Daniel Distillery with the Bottled-in-Bond designation. The new product represents a line of innovative expressions that honours the distillery’s heritage of whiskey-making excellence. As a bottled-in-bond whiskey, Bonded Rye is revered for its unparalleled quality, embodying strict production standards and a rich heritage that ensures each sip delivers exceptional taste and consistency.

The whiskey has a grain bill of 70% rye, 18% corn, and 12% malted barley and is charcoal mellowed before aging in new, handmade American white oak barrels. Tasting notes comprise sweet dried fruit, followed by hints of toffee and caramel to provide a bold, complex, and balanced taste with a rye spice finish.
