Just the Golden Ticket: John Lewis hosts best ever Members’ Week

John Lewis is ramping up its Members’ Week with loyalty card members benefitting from the best ever line-up of treats and events between 1-7 May.

Price promotions

Member-only promotions will be available across all departments when shopping online, on the John Lewis app, or in-store with a My John Lewis card.

Golden tickets

Members will have a chance to win from thousands of prizes with John Lewis ‘golden tickets’. There’s an even bigger number and variety of prizes than last year, from hot drinks to money-off vouchers. Members will receive a golden ticket whenever they make an in-store purchase during the week and scan their My John Lewis card.

My John Lewis members who shop on the John Lewis app or on JohnLewis.com during Members’ Week will also receive a digital golden ticket giving them one more chance to win.

Holiday spending sorted

New for this Members’ Week, for one day only, members will have a chance to win £500 of travel money from John Lewis Finance. By scratching their in-store golden ticket on Saturday 4 May, one customer in each store will be in with a chance of winning the £500 prize.

Exclusive events and experiences

Members can enjoy events on 4-5 May weekend, including beauty masterclasses, food and drink tastings, fashion talks from personal stylists and local influencers, spring/summer home styling sessions and more, all accompanied by live DJs and fizz stations.

Key themes include ‘Key Looks for Summer’ and ‘Outdoor Living’, and talks will be tailored to individual stores to create a personal experience for local John Lewis members.

Activities will also vary by store: John Lewis Nottingham will be holding made-to-order cushion workshops on 4 May, while John Lewis Leicester will be welcoming influencer Beckie Stew, known as @itsbeckiestew on Instagram, for a ‘staycation’ style talk on the same day.
