Krispy Kreme® and Cadbury® bring fans Double Chocolate Original Glazed™ doughnut for World Chocolate Day

Krispy Kreme® and Cadbury®Chocolate lovers, get ready – From 7th July, to mark World Chocolate Day, Krispy Kreme® is partnering with Cadbury® to release the iconic doughnut brand’s first Double Chocolate Original Glazed™ doughnut! Available for just six days, from 7th to 12th July in Krispy Kreme shops, this is one not to miss!

Two of the UK’s most iconic treat brands are coming together to create the ultimate sweet collaboration. Combining Krispy Kreme®’s legendary, melt-in-your-mouth texture with the rich smoothness of the nation’s favourite Cadbury® Dairy Milk® chocolate, this limited-edition creation is a match made in confectionery heaven.

This is one iconic collaboration from two legendary brands. Marking World Chocolate Day on Tuesday July 7th, each doughnut features a classic Krispy Kreme Original Glazed™ doughnut, dipped in creamy Cadbury® Dairy Milk® chocolate. It’s a taste that’s both instantly familiar, yet reimagined into something completely new.

For fans looking for an even more exciting way to celebrate World Chocolate Day, Krispy Kreme will be transforming their Oxford Street shop for one day only, giving away 50 free Double Chocolate Original Glazed™ Doughnut dozens. On Tuesday 7th July, chocolate lovers can head to the Krispy Kreme Oxford Street shop to bag a free doughnut dozen, as well as the opportunity to Spin to Win a variety of Cadbury® prizes.

Guy Meakin, President of Krispy Kreme® UK & IRE said: “”When you think of the ultimate treat, it’s all about indulgence and that feeling of nostalgia. This collaboration captures that magic by marrying the airy lightness of our Original Glazed™ doughnut with the creamy smoothness that only Cadbury® Dairy Milk® chocolate can deliver.”

Partnering Cadbury® with Krispy Kreme® allows us to celebrate the iconic taste of both brands in a fresh way, marrying two of the UK’s most beloved treats.”

The limited-edition Double Chocolate Original Glazed™ doughnut will only be available to purchase in UK and IRE Krispy Kreme retail shops from 7th to 12th July for £2.99/€3.59.

This iconic crossover only lasts for a week so don’t miss out! Head to your nearest Krispy Kreme location between Tuesday July 7th and Sunday July 12th to enjoy!
