Lizzo launches new YITTY shapewear for spring

In partnership with parent company Fabletics, Inc. the brand champions body normativity and self-love!

Nearly one year ago, four-time Grammy Award-winning Superstar and Activist Lizzo added Fashion Entrepreneur to her multi-hyphenate career with the launch of her very first business – a revolutionary new shapewear brand; YITTY.

For SS23 YITTY’s best-selling Nearly Naked and Headliner Collections return with new prints and colors designed with level two shaping compression. This season the brand also announces its inaugural smoothing denim collection, Denim is Served. These specialty denim inspired pieces are perfect for day to night.

Denim Is Served is YITTY’s interpretation of a stretch denim collection. The drop boasts a new upgrade in the shapewear game while staying consistent with YITTY’s expertise: optimal smoothing and curve hugging in the following product offering: leggings, cropped jacket, and a bandeau. The collection highlights the Smoothing Stretch Jean – the standout piece in the collection. These jeans features a back yoke seam with butt lift slings for each cheek with additional details including a power mesh lining for ultimate smoothing action and faux pockets and zipper as the exterior finishing.

Nearly Naked sees the introduction of upgraded fan favorite silhouettes such as the Shaping High Waist Short, Shaping High Waist Thong and Shaping Bandeau in the new colourway Y So Blue. Trust us, it’s worth the hype!

YITTY marks an industry first: no-shame, smile-inducing shapewear designed for all body types, with sizes ranging from size 6X to XS. YITTY blurs the lines of inner and outerwear with intentional-meets-functional designs, sexy silhouettes, and bold colors and prints you’ll want to show off. Plus, every single piece is designed to celebrate, hug, and love every single body. Stylish silhouettes have been fit on every size and body type — not merely scaled up (or down) for convenience.

YITTY brings an entirely new perspective to the market. And, because Lizzo gives a damn about Mother Earth, more than 65% of styles are made with super-soft recycled fibers and the brand’s sustainably designed packaging is made with 100% recycled materials.
