Love Bites Only insect repellent launches in Whole Foods Market

Love Bites OnlyLove Bites Only, the premium natural insect repellent brand, will launch in selected Whole Foods Market stores this April.

Founded by Australian-born Bree Nolan, where insects (and all too often their bite) are part of everyday life, the brand reflects a desire to rethink a traditionally utilitarian category. Harnessing beauty, wellness and functionality, Love Bites Only introduces a skin-first, design-led approach to insect protection.

Formulated with 100% natural ingredients, the plant-powered roll-on is designed to help protect against biting insects, while also supporting and soothing the skin in those moments when application is missed. Its compact format allows for discreet, on-the-go use, while its considered design is intended to sit comfortably alongside everyday essentials — from your bag to the bathroom shelf, through to an alfresco table.

“As an Australian, I grew up seeing insect repellent as something purely functional – never something you’d choose to use. This launch into Whole Foods Market marks an exciting step in making it feel like a more considered part of everyday routines,” says Bree Nolan.

The launch reflects a broader shift towards multifunctional personal care, where efficacy, ingredient transparency and experience are increasingly expected to coexist.

Following an initial soft launch during summer 2024, including activations at Wilderness Festival and Cambridge Club Festival, the brand has delivered a strong first full season in summer 2025.

The listing in Whole Foods Market marks a key milestone in Love Bites Only’s retail expansion.

Love Bites Only meets Whole Foods Market Body Care Quality Standards. The range is formulated without synthetic fragrance, and is vegan and cruelty-free.

The 10ml roll-on will be available in selected Whole Foods Market stores from April 2026, RRP £9.95
