Maison Pierre Marcolini opens the doors to its new boutique in the colourful west London neighbourhood of Notting Hill this September as the brand celebrates 30 years of the magnificent Maison.Situated on Westbourne Grove, the new Marcolini emporium, will offer an oasis of delicacies away from the bustling Portobello Road, Ladbrooke Grove, and Holland Park neighbouring areas.
As summer comes to a close, Pierre Marcolini’s new destination will keep the good times rolling as the ‘Bean to Bar’ pioneer brings his artisanal ‘know how’ to the vibrant streets of west London. Be the first to try the new ‘Gourmandises Collection’ launching for Autumn to include the beloved ‘Orangettes’, milk chocolate ‘Rochers’, dark chocolate ‘Croustillants’, and soft chocolate-coated vanilla marshmallows (£14.50 per box). As we enter a new season, and many people go back to hectic work schedules after the summer break, these favourites have been revisited to encourage people to ‘take a moment for themselves’ and seek sanctuary in the beautiful new Notting Hill boutique.
Whether it’s a moment for Pierre’s famous macarons, who was recently elected the ‘Best Pastry Chef in the World’ and to celebrate 30 years of the Maison has created a collector’s tin of four treasured macaron recipes (£25.00): Kiss-Kiss Choco, Crème Brûlée, Casse-Noisette, and Chestnut-Blackcurrant. Discover Pierre’s signature ‘Kumo’ pastry, inspired by his travels to Japan. A special grand cru chocolate version will be available for the celebrations, combining a hazelnut dacquoise biscuit sponge and pure Equateur – São Tomé & Príncipe chocolate ganache, topped with a dark chocolate disc.
People can also take their pick of classic chocolates with the special 30th Anniversary Box (£40.00), this limited-edition keepsake is adorned with 18 signature recipes including pralines, thyme orange ganache’s, truffles, Petits Bonheurs, and the iconic raspberry ‘Coeur’, for a journey through 30 years of nostalgic memories.
To continue the 30th anniversary celebrations Maison Pierre Marcolini has also teamed up with renowned French artist Julien Colombier known for his bold, nature-inspired work, and immersive pieces. Julien has created a bespoke design combining his vibrant universe and the luxurious vision of the cocoa plantations at the heart of Pierre’s creations, the design will be unveiled in the window of the Notting Hill boutique this Autumn, along with a limited-edition release of chocolate boxes.
With high hopes for an Indian summer, set to continue into September the boutique’s new counter will serve up freshly made ice cream whipped in front of customers’ eyes, and the fruity ‘Nectars’ iced drinks to refresh local residents, as well as delight visitors from afar.

All recipes are made from the finest Grand Cru cocoa beans with natural and exotic ingredients including pistachios from Iran, pink peppercorns from Morocco, hazelnuts from Piedmont, and many more. Early adopter of the bean-to-bar movement, and sustainable practices, Pierre masters the entire process of making chocolate from the bean.
The latest Westbourne Grove site adds a new Marcolini destination to the boutique in Marylebone, and counters in iconic department stores Selfridges and Harrods.
