Pip Organic Healthy kids’ drinks and snacking brand, Pip Organic, has been named in the prestigious FEBE Growth 100 and the ‘Watch List’ – which spotlights the UK’s top founders driving innovation, creating jobs and building remarkable businesses.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo, Patrick and Karen O’Flaherty, Pip Organic has been recognised as a trail-blazer in the organic food and drink market, producing an award-winning range of innovative clean label children’s drinks, snacks and ice lollies, made with 100% organically grown fruit and vegetables. The range contains no added sugar or sweeteners or additives, helping parents feel better about saying ‘YES!’ to a tasty treat that is not only fun and full of flavour, but better for you too!

Now in its fifth year, the FEBE (For Entrepreneurs, By Entrepreneurs) Growth 100 and Watch List has become a benchmark of entrepreneurial success, showcasing founders from across sectors who are scaling ambitious businesses and helping shape the future of the UK economy. FEBE Growth 100 partners include Virgin, J.P. Morgan Private Bank, PwC UK, Santander, ITV Ignite, Kingsley Napley, Whānau, and charity partner The Big Change.

Pip Organic was recently awarded B Corp status and is certified organic by the Soil Association, with sustainability at the heart of everything they do, from farming practices to sustainable and renewable packaging choices.

Co-founder, Karen O’Flaherty, said: “We’re proud and delighted to be included in the FEBE Growth 100 Watch List in the company of some incredible businesses.

“As families are increasingly concerned about ultra processed foods and the environment, there is a need for drinks and snacks made with clean, sustainable ingredients that kids still enjoy and this is why Pip Organic exists.  Our range focuses on real, simple ingredients and uncompromising quality – making it easier for parents to say “Yes!”

Charlotte Quince & John Maffioli, founders of FEBE, said: “The FEBE Growth 100 and Watch List have become a benchmark for what ambitious entrepreneurship looks like in Britain. Now in its fifth year, it brings together founders who are building some of the country’s most exciting businesses and proving what’s possible when ambition is matched with execution.

We’re so proud of every founder and their team on this year’s lists. Growth doesn’t happen by accident. Behind every company recognised here is a founder who had the conviction to back an idea, the resilience to navigate setbacks and the determination to keep building. That’s what the FEBE Growth 100 and Watch Lists are really about: recognising the people and celebrating the stories behind the numbers.

These founders and their amazing teams are building the next generation of great British businesses, and it’s an absolute privilege to celebrate what they’re achieving.”

Holly Branson, Chief Vision Officer at Virgin added: “At Virgin, entrepreneurship is in our DNA, which is why we jumped at the chance to support the FEBE Growth 100. It’s inspiring to see so many business founders shaking up industries, driving innovation in their field and, by embracing purposeful business principles right at their core, redefining what’s possible.

“I believe that the business founders of today, through innovation, passion and purpose, will develop solutions to some of the world’s biggest problems. What I truly love about all the founders I have met is that they are all 100% up for that challenge!”
