Simmi LondonLeading UK fashion footwear brand, Simmi London, has selected Scurri, the delivery management platform, to enhance its delivery operations and support continued growth across its ecommerce business.

Renowned for trend-led, affordable fashion footwear, Simmi London delivers high-impact style through a range of online partners to a digitally-savvy audience across the UK and beyond. With a sharp focus on customer experience and expectations, Simmi required a delivery solution that could match the pace and complexity of its multi-channel retail operations – including multiple carrier integrations, dynamic delivery options at checkout and end-to-end tracking.

Simmi has implemented Scurri’s Connect delivery management platform to orchestrate its multi-carrier delivery infrastructure. This ensures the brand can offer customers a greater range of delivery choices at checkout while seamlessly managing a growing network of carriers behind the scenes.

In addition, Simmi London is leveraging Scurri’s powerful rules engine to optimise fulfillment workflows and automatically allocate the most cost-effective or high performance delivery service for each order. To ensure customers stay fully informed from dispatch to delivery, Simmi London has also adopted Scurri’s tracking capabilities, enabling branded tracking updates that reinforce trust and engagement post-purchase.

Exceptional customer service is a core pillar of Simmi London’s brand promise. Scurri’s enhanced support offering, paired with its industry-leading performance and reliability, made it the platform of choice for Simmi London.

Kirat Dhaliwal, business development manager, Simmi London, said, “Partnering with Scurri has been transformative for our business. Their platform gives us the flexibility and control we need to keep pace with customer expectations, while streamlining delivery operations behind the scenes. The result is a smoother, more reliable experience for our customers and greater confidence for us as we scale.”

Rory O’Connor, CEO and Founder of Scurri, commented: “Simmi London is a modern fashion brand that truly understands the importance of customer experience from the first click to the final delivery. We’re thrilled to support them with a flexible, scalable delivery infrastructure that enhances both operational control and customer satisfaction.”
