Smiling Wolf
Smiling Wolf has entered the ready-to-drink market with a collection of four premium feel-good cocktails designed to redefine the way consumers socialise. The new RTD range – G&T, Aperitivo Spritz, Mojito and Negroni – delivers the full cocktail experience without alcohol, crash or compromise.

Each 250ml can uses their Feel Good Blend of natural nootropics and vitamins with carefully crafted cocktails to create complex, flavour-led liquids that also support mood enhancement, calm and focus that you feel from the first sip. Retailing at £3.80, the drinks are available via Smiling Wolf’s website, Amazon and more than 60 independent stores nationwide.

Feel Good Alcohol Alternative, Smiling Wolf RTDs are low in calories and sugar, vegan-friendly, and contain the brand’s signature Feel Good Blend© – a natural mix of L-arginine, L-theanine, L-glycine, caffeine and B vitamins designed to boost consumers’ mood by promoting relaxation, smooth energy, stress reduction and focus that you feel from the first sip. The result is the full cocktail experience – without the alcohol.

The range:

  • G&T – Juniper-forward, with five imported botanicals and a big squeeze of lemon

  • Aperitivo Spritz – 18 Mediterranean herbs and bitters topped with sweet soda for a distinctly Italian experience

  • Mojito – Fresh mint and vibrant citrus with warm oaked vanilla and a touch of spice

  • Negroni – A complex, bittersweet Negroni with Mediterranean herbs, savoury botanicals and a hint of orange

Demand for functional, mood-enhancing drinks is accelerating across the UK, reflecting a broader shift in how consumers think about health, emotion and consumption. The Functional Drinks Collective’s Mood Enhancing & Functional Drinks Insight Report (October 2025) found 89% of UK adults say they are interested in their health and wellness, with 79% saying they find drinks that can support functional/mood enhancement appealing.

Amongst alcohol drinkers 79% said they are likely to try functional/mood enhancing alternatives and 73% said they would find them appealing.

Interest is particularly strong among younger adults: 91% of 18-34-year-olds are open to functional drinks, and 80% say that if they’re cutting down on alcohol, it’s important their alternative still offers mood-enhancing benefits. Meanwhile, 64% of UK consumers overall – and 86% of 18-34s – are willing to pay more for a drink with functional benefits than for a standard non-alcoholic option.

Furthermore, if pubs, bars and restaurants had a choice of functional or mood-enhancing drink options available, 41% of UK consumers say it would encourage them to visit them more often than they currently do. A third (33%) of consumers believe that having a choice of functional or mood-enhancing drink options available will enhance their social experience when they visit these venues – and 46% say they would use functional drinks at home in the evening.

Smiling Wolf’s range is designed for this new generation of drinkers – those who want to feel good in the moment, connected and in control. From the juniper-forward G&T, to the vibrant Aperitivo Spritz with its 18 Mediterranean herbs and bitters, each drink recreates a popular cocktail profile while offering natural mood enhancement and a sense of relaxation within minutes of consumption.

Smiling Wolf’s entry into the RTD space bridges the gap between functional beverages and adult drinking culture, bringing luxury cocktails and credible functionality to a fast-maturing category.

Steve Wilson, the Head of Innovation at Smiling Wolf, says: “We’re premiumising the functional drinks category by creating cocktails that deliver both taste and effect. Our mission is simple: keep the vibe, without the consequences. These are the drinks that help people feel a good buzz, focus and stay social – all while fitting into modern wellness-led lifestyles. Consumers no longer want to choose between fun and wellbeing. We believe the future of drinking is about feeling good and having it all.”

Smiling Wolf RTDs are available now at smilingwolf.com, Amazon and in selected independent retailers nationwide.
