The Cornwall-based producer has launched its Original Family 15-Pack into Tesco stores nationwide, responding to growing demand from households looking for higher-quality eggs in larger formats.
The new pack will be available from 23rd March 2026, with a recommended retail price of £4.85 per pack.
The move comes as eggs continue to see strong demand from UK shoppers, with the category now worth more than £1.5bn annually in UK retail, as consumers increasingly turn to eggs as an affordable, high-protein staple.
The new format aims to meet the needs of families and regular egg consumers, combining St. Ewe’s premium free-range eggs with a pack size designed for everyday cooking, baking and breakfast occasions.
The launch also reflects a broader shift within the egg category, as shoppers increasingly trade up to higher-quality free-range eggs with strong provenance and welfare credentials.
The new Tesco listing follows a recent launch for St. Ewe’s Rich Yolk 6-pack in Co-op stores, and further strengthens the brand’s presence in UK retail by introducing the product to shoppers across 600 Tesco stores nationwide within the retailer’s main estate (excluding Express stores).
Together, the listings highlight the brand’s expanding reach and growing consumer demand for premium eggs with bold flavour and strong farming credentials, underpinned by British Lion certification for food safety and the company’s B Corp status, recognising its wider commitment to responsible business practices.
Bex Tonks, managing director at St. Ewe, said: “We’re proud to be bringing our new St. Ewe Original Family Pack to Tesco, giving families a little more St. Ewe to enjoy throughout the week. Nutrition is key, and eggs are the perfect natural package of protein, so when you choose St. Ewe, you’re getting more than just an egg”
St. Ewe has built its reputation on high welfare free-range farming, strong relationships with British farmers and a focus on flavour and quality, helping the brand secure a growing presence across major UK retailers.
The new listings form part of the brand’s wider growth strategy as it continues to invest in product innovation and expand its retail footprint across the UK.
Separately, St. Ewe’s Rich Yolk eggs have recently received Good Housekeeping Taste Approved status, making the brand the only egg producer currently holding the endorsement following independent testing by the Good Housekeeping Institute.
The 12-month accreditation will feature across Rich Yolk packaging, social channels and brand activations, with Good Housekeeping also incorporating the eggs into its kitchen content and newsletter communications.
