The Fragrance ShopThe Fragrance Shop announces a new partnership with Uber Direct, Uber’s white-label delivery solution, to transform the way customers shop for fragrance – just in time for the busy Christmas gifting season.

From September customers will be able to enjoy rapid delivery of fragrances from top brands within 60 minutes of placing an order. Available through The Fragrance Shop’s website and app, the service will launch across all UK stores making last-minute gifting easier and more convenient than ever.

Powered by the same technology and courier network that supports Uber Eats, the new delivery service offers customers real-time tracking and a seamless experience from checkout to doorstep. Orders are shipped directly from local The Fragrance Shop stores, ensuring speed without compromising on choice.

The launch comes ahead of the Christmas gifting rush, a time when convenience and reliability are more important than ever. By expanding delivery options, The Fragrance Shop is improving the customer journey helping shoppers get their favourite fragrances quickly and effortlessly – whether it’s a treat for themselves or a thoughtful gift delivered at the last minute.

This partnership marks the first stage of a wider collaboration between The Fragrance Shop and Uber. In the coming months the retailer plans to extend the service to the Uber Eats marketplace, giving customers even more ways to shop their favourite scents.

Viyan Vadera, head of e-commerce at The Fragrance Shop, said: “We want to take the stress out of shopping by giving our customers a faster and more convenient delivery option. With Uber Direct shoppers can now choose from our range of over 6,000 products and have their purchase in their hands exactly when they want it. Fragrance is one of the most popular gifts at Christmas but it’s also one that’s often left until the last minute. This partnership makes gifting simpler, faster and more stress-free and forms part of our wider ambition to continually improve the shopping experience by offering greater choice, flexibility and convenience – both online and in-store.”

Bryanna O’Kelly, head of retail at Uber Direct UK, added: “People no longer need to worry about finding the time to buy their favourite fragrance or a last-minute gift for a loved one. Instead they can now get these products delivered directly to their doorstep within an hour.”

Uber Direct technology is already supporting many brands in the UK, across a range of product categories. These include TradeKart, an app for tradespeople, London-based florist Flower Station and a number of leading supermarkets.
