Home and furniture brands West Elm and Pottery Barn have announced a rollout of new concessions across several John Lewis stores in the UK this year, including new presences in John Lewis Liverpool, both opening on Friday, 26th June.
To mark the opening of the refurbished home floor for John Lewis Liverpool, and the launch of both West Elm and Pottery Barn, the store invites customers to a special celebration on 27th and 28th June.
The second floor will feature live music throughout the weekend for customers to enjoy as they browse the new collections. This opening weekend follows on from the successful launch of Pottery Barn at Peter Jones in Sloane Square in March, marking a further step in the brand’s UK retail expansion.
West Elm and Pottery Barn sit within the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Portfolio, a multi-channel retailer specialising in high-quality, design-led homeware and furniture. Pottery Barn launched in the UK in October 2025, with both brands continuing to expand their physical retail presence through this partnership. These new concessions give customers beyond London the chance to shop both brands in person at selected John Lewis locations, supporting the continued growth of West Elm and Pottery Barn’s UK audience.
Michelle Hummel, executive vice president Global Williams-Sonoma, Inc comments: “Our expansion from John Lewis online into more John Lewis stores across the UK marks an exciting milestone for West Elm and Pottery Barn, allowing more customers to experience both brands beyond our London flagship stores.
We already know the products across both brands resonate strongly with UK customers, and that the connection is even stronger when people can see and feel them in person. That’s why we’re delighted to be growing our national presence through our ongoing partnership with John Lewis, as we look ahead to an exciting year for both West Elm and Pottery Barn.”
Jason Wilary-Attew, director of home at John Lewis, said: “We are thrilled to bring the West Elm and Pottery Barn experience to more of our shops across the UK, building on the fantastic success we’ve seen online. At John Lewis, we know our customers value the opportunity to see and feel the quality of our curated collections in person. This expansion is a key part of our commitment to offering a truly inspiring multi-channel shopping experience, and we look forward to a very exciting year ahead alongside our partners at both brands.”
