Wild Thingz, new sweet brand launches on Amazon with half the sugar of major brands

The world of sweets is getting a much-needed shake-up. Enter Wild Thingz, the rebellious new gummy brand that’s unapologetically rewriting the rules. With bold flavours, wacky shapes, and not a single artificial ingredient in sight, Wild Thingz is here to bring the joy back to sweet treats. Available nationwide on Amazon and TikTok shop from January 2025, these gummies deliver joy without the junk, making it easier than ever for parents to say yes to sweets.

For too long, the sweet aisle has been a battleground for parents, torn between their kids’ demands for fun treats and their own concerns about sugar, additives, and artificial ingredients. The UK confectionery market is worth £1.4 billion*, but it’s plagued by outdated options that either pack in the junk or disguise themselves as “better-for-you” snacks that miss the mark on taste and fun. With half the sugar of traditional brands**, and 100% organic, plant-based ingredients, Wild Thingz delivers on both taste and health.

Research commissioned by Wild Thingz with YouGov reveals that parents are caught in a sweet dilemma. Of those surveyed, 64% are “Reluctants,” hesitant to buy sweets due to worries about sugar and additives. Meanwhile, 32% are “Rejoicers,” happy to let their kids indulge, and 4% are “Rejectors,” saying no to sweets entirely. Wild Thingz is designed to help “Reluctants” feel good about saying yes—because these sweets tick all the boxes.

Created by confectionery veteran Fliss Newland, who left her career at Mondelez to create a better alternative for kids, Wild Thingz is fiercely independent and unapologetically rebellious at its core. It’s a female-founded brand on a mission to show that sweets can still be wild without compromising on quality or health.

The Wild Thingz range is as exciting as it sounds, with three playful and family friendly collections that bring bold flavours and wacky shapes to life. With vibrant colours, organic ingredients, and no artificial anything, each creepy crawly gummy is crafted to delight kids and reassure parents.

  • Zesty Pests pack a citrus punch with tangy Lemon Maggots and Cherry Spiders, perfect for kids who love a zingy twist.

  • Fruity Flyers deliver a burst of sweetness with Red Apple Butterflies and Blackcurrant Ladybirds that are as delicious as they are fun to eat.

  • Gummy Grubs offer a mix of wild, fruity flavours including Cola Snails, that make snack time an adventure.

The mission is simple: reclaim the joy of sweets—no artificials, no apologies.
