Freemans, the digital department store, announced today (31 August 2023) its headline sponsorship of the Loose Women Live tour, as the award winning ITV show hits the road for the first time.
Swapping the studio for the stage, Loose Women Live will bring its iconic panel directly to 16 theatres from the 1 September 2023 – including a night at the world-famous London Palladium.
The sponsorship builds on Freemans existing relationship with the show, which was announced in Spring 2022.
This delivers idents at the start, during, and at the end of each episode of the weekday lunchtime show, as well as sponsorship bumpers across ITV Hub and Loose Women digital sites, in addition to ‘proud sponsors of’ messages on Freemans’ owned channels.
The tour will carry ‘sponsored by Freemans’ across promotional materials including itv.com, where more details of the tour are hosted, as well as the digital department store’s logo projected onto the stage.
Out of home sites, across London underground, Loose Women newsletters, programme banners as well as national newspaper and social ads will also carry the Freemans sponsorship message.
Freemans will also promote across its owned channels including socials where customers have the chance to win tickets to a show of their choice.
Richard Cristofoli, chief customer officer, Freemans, said: “The Loose Women Tour, takes the Freemans name to theatres throughout the tour and builds on our existing relationship with ITV. The ethos of Loose Women, and now the tour, celebrates women in an honest, authentic, accessible, empowering, relatable, diverse and fun way – a perfect fit with Freemans.”
Sue Walton, ITV commercial and development executive, said: “Loose Women’s partnership with Freemans has flourished and will be further brought to life as we take the show to audiences in this way, for the first time with the Loose Women live tour.”
Joining Loose Women Live will be Brenda Edwards, Charlene White, Christine Lampard, Dame Kelly Holmes, Denise Welch, Frankie Bridge, Gloria Hunniford, Jane Moore, Janet Street-Porter, Judi Love, Katie Piper, Kaye Adams, Kelle Bryan, Linda Robson, Nadia Sawalha and Sunetra Sarker.
