GAIL’s Bakery launches partnership with sustainable British oats brand MOMA

GAIL’s Bakery has launched a partnership with sustainable British oats brand MOMA to bring the bespoke oat drink to neighbourhood bakeries.

GAIL’s has chosen to collaborate with MOMA to bring a sustainable craft oat drink to specialty coffee and tea drinkers. The sustainable oat drink was co-created with GAIL’s and skilfully crafted from the finest quality British oats, which are grown, milled, produced, and packed all within a 100-mile radius. By partnering with nearby farms, MOMA not only supports regional agriculture but also significantly reduces the carbon footprint and food miles associated. The oats are expertly milled, processed, and then transformed into the award-winning oat drink all within 100 miles.

Due to the recent questioning of Oat Milk, MOMA have shared that they make products with an oat base (created using oats, water and enzymes) rather than a concentrated oat syrup. This process helps retain as much natural fibre and protein from our oats as possible. Oats contain naturally occurring sugars, which gives MOMA oat drinks their characteristic subtle sweetness. MOMA never add artificial sweetness, and all our products are unsweetened. MOMA are committed to providing the best quality products, in adherence to food safety guidelines.
