Bio&MeBio&Me, the award-winning gut health brand co-founded by The Gut Health Doctor, Dr Megan Rossi PhD, RD, aka The Gut Health Doctor, has been ranked 60th in the prestigious Sunday Times 100 list of Britain’s fastest-growing private companies.

The annual ranking celebrates the UK’s most successful high-growth businesses, with Bio&Me recognised for achieving 77.44% annual sales growth over the past three years. The Chester-based brand is the third listed food brand (out of only five food brands in total) featured in this year’s top 100.

Founded in 2019 by world-leading gut health scientist, registered dietitian and nutritionist, Dr Megan Rossi and former Nestlé executive Jon Walsh, Bio&Me is one of the UK’s leading gut health brands, offering a range of granolas, overnight oats, mueslis and bars, as well as kefir yoghurts and drinks, which are all  stocked across major grocery retailers nationwide. The business reported turnover of £15.9 million in its most recent financial year and has just announced a long-term partnership with Bowel Cancer UK.

Dr Megan Rossi, co-founder of Bio&Me, said: “When we launched Bio&Me, our mission was simple: to make looking after your gut health both easy and delicious. To be recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the UK’s fastest-growing private companies feels like a huge win for science, and reflects the growing appetite for evidence-based products that genuinely deliver on gut health. We’re incredibly proud of what the team has built and excited about what lies ahead.”

Jon Walsh, co-founder and CEO of Bio&Me, added: “This ranking is a testament to the strength of the Bio&Me proposition, the passion of our team, the support of all our retailers and investors, as well as the amazing loyalty of our customers. We’ve always believed that better gut health should be accessible to everyone, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see that vision resonating at scale. Being the third ranked food brand out of only five listed makes the recognition even more special.”
