The Howard de Walden Estate is delighted to be welcoming four new brands to Marylebone Village with longstanding, much-loved brands opening enhanced new store layouts.
The latest updates are:
- Following previous successful pop-up stores on Marylebone High Street, PLATFORM, the sustainable concept store featuring a community of independent and emerging designers, artists and makers is due to open in summer 2024, across 1,818sq ft at 49 Marylebone Lane. - An innovative new concept for Marylebone Village, Rebase is due to open at 1 St Vincent Street in May. Across 4,318 sq ft of space, customers will be able to enjoy a wide range of rejuvenating, wellness services from ice baths and cryotherapy to traditional and infrared saunas.
- Oh My Cream!, the clean beauty concept store, will offer customers a curation of “cutting edge” brands at 24 New Cavendish Street. The French premium beauty retailer will occupy 1,412sq ft of space.
- Popular contemporary women’s fashion brand Varley, has opened its second London store at 104 Marylebone High Street, spanning 1,355sq ft of space.
- Longstanding tenant ME+EM has also signed a new lease at 4-5 Marylebone High Street, upsizing from its previous store to a new 3,263sq ft flagship unit.
- RIXO, which first opened in June 2021 on Marylebone High Street, has reopened its refreshed store boasting hand painted illustrations throughout the space as well. Visitors can shop RIXO’s full collection while experiencing a more conceptual-store shopping experience.
