LOOKFANTASTIC The #1 digital beauty destination brings beauty discovery, services and community together in a new physical space in Cabot Circus, Bristol.

LOOKFANTASTIC continues to bring its online authority into the physical world with a new concept space in one of the UK’s most creative and community-driven cities. Bristol’s large, diverse population, strong student community and established online customer base make it a natural next step in the brand’s evolving omnichannel strategy.

Spanning 3,000sq ft, the Bristol concept store has been designed to be truly experiential, putting discovery and participation at the heart of the customer journey. Customers will be able to shop across core beauty categories including skincare, haircare, fragrance, bodycare and cosmetics, with a carefully curated edit of brands loved by LOOKFANTASTIC customers. The new LOOKFANTASTIC Bristol store features a lineup of prestigious brand partners, including Jo Malone, Tom Ford, YSL, Armani, Medik8, Color Wow, Sol de Janeiro and Laneige.

A standout feature is LOOKFANTASTIC’s innovative Beauty Box concept, a dynamic, ever- changing edit that refreshes every month. Each curation invites customers to discover and trial the latest brands and products in an accessible, inspiring way, making every visit feel new and exciting. The Beauty Box keeps the in-store experience fresh and encourages customers to return time and again to explore what’s next in beauty.

The store will also feature a dedicated skin service room, where a skincare specialist will deliver treatments, alongside flexible space for brand activations, pop-ups and window takeovers. These elements allow the store to evolve with trends, launches and customer needs, reflecting the fast- moving beauty landscape.

“Our Bristol store is about creating a space that puts discovery and community at the heart of the LOOKFANTASTIC experience,” says Lucy Gorman, chief executive officer, THG Beauty. “Bristol has a large, diverse population and an engaged online customer base, and it’s a city that values creativity, collaboration and connection. This store allows us to bring our digital expertise into a physical environment that feels intuitive, inclusive and experience-led, where customers can explore, learn and feel confident in the choices they make, supported by fan first expertise and curated edits that evolve throughout the year.”

The store journey has been carefully considered to reflect how beauty halls have evolved. Rather than overwhelming choice, products are presented through curated, storytelling-led edits that guide customers through each category. Brands are clearly defined but flow naturally through the space, encouraging discovery while maintaining ease and flexibility. The fragrance category has been elevated with a dedicated, premium area for customers to experience scents in a more considered way.

At its core, the Bristol concept store is about discovery: giving customers a place to explore, experiment and engage with beauty in a way that feels fresh, inclusive and fun.

The LOOKFANTASTIC Bristol concept store opens to the public on 27 February 2026.

Address: LOOKFANTASTIC Store, Cabot Circus, Ground floor, Brigstowe St, BS1 3BH

The LOOKFANTASTIC Bristol store is easily accessible, located a short walk from Bristol Temple Meads station and served by multiple city centre bus routes, with convenient on-site parking available at the Cabot Circus multi-storey car park.

Opening hours: Monday – Saturday – 10:00am -8:00 pm Sunday – 11:00am -5:00 pm
