Free From Christmas AwardsHuge successes achieved at Free From Christmas Awards 2024 by small and large companies, with Sentia scooping Best Drink Product of the Year and Morrisons taking Best Food Product of the Year!

Christmas Drink Product of the Year wasn’t an easy decision but our judges chose Sentia Red, fusing traditional knowledge with cutting edge science in a unique blend of active botanicals: “A deep, rich colour with visible viscosity.  Adding ice to this explodes the flavours into a sweet, berry-forward, one-of-a-kind elixir.”

Tesco were crowned Best Range of the Year for the fourth year running, their bespoke free from range impressing judges with Mint Thins and Honeycomb Bauble, and an equally excellent selection outside the free from range.

Morrisons took Christmas Food Product of the Year for their Free From Asian Style Party Selection, top 14 allergens free with no may contains, and our judges were enchanted with this inclusive selection of spring rolls, sweetcorn fritters and wontons, with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.

Winners were announced throughout the afternoon of 4th November via Instagram.

All Gold, Silver & Bronze winners in all categories — which included ‘Christmas Dinner’, ‘Party Foods’, ‘Drinks’ and others  – can be found on our website.

‘A welcome focus on quality and inclusivity is evident this Christmas,’ said Free From Awards’ CEO, Cressida Langlands, ‘and those with food hypersensitivities will be served well come the festive season! We’ve also created the Mince Pie Matrix allowing consumers to see at a glance the various free from attributes of those Christmas staples on offer for 2024.’

Entry to the Free From Christmas & Hallowe’en Awards will re-open in July 2025. Meanwhile entry to the Free From Food Awards 2025 (for all year round food and drink), and our much-loved Easter Award, will open on 6th January 2025.

For more information, interviews, images or an informal chat please contact awards CEO Cressida Langlands on 07790 869706 or Brand & Marketing Director Nicki Clowes.
