Red Run launches new staple ‘ACTIVE’ collection with block colours & optimal functionality

Red RunAward-winning athleisure brand Red Run has launched its latest collection; ACTIVE.

ACTIVE marks a new development for the dynamic, trend-led brand, with the latest premium collection offering a selection of core pieces that have been designed with longevity, functionality and quality in mind.

Red Run is currently releasing its ACTIVE collection in two staple colours; Espresso Brown and Olive Green with seven key pieces available in each colour way including the brand’s signature sports bra, baby tee, cropped hoodie, flares, leggings, socks and matching headband.

Later this year, a further two colour ways will drop in exactly the same pieces so Red Run’s community can mix and match between styles, palettes and layers.

Following the incredibly successful launch of Red Running Club earlier this year, which comprised of more block colours, muted tones and pieces that represented style and comfort, Red Run wanted to create a premium staple collection with longevity, with timeless pieces created in beautiful tones that become wardrobe staples, designed specifically for those with an active lifestyle.

Created from fabric that the design team has worked tirelessly on for years, Red Run has been hard at work behind the scenes, perfecting fit, functionality and style so that pieces fit perfectly but also allow customers to move freely during their workouts.

Key features include a four way stretch material that is also sweat-wicking, lightweight and breathable, as well as being soft touch with flat-lock seams for a seamless look.

Leggings and flares are also high-waited to cinch and sculpt, complete with a wide waistband to support the core and provide full coverage, they’re squat proof with no transparency, and there’s two lengths available to suit all heights with petite and regular options.

Megan Kimmance, Creative Director at Red Run, explained: “ACTIVE has been meticulously crafted and designed in-house by myself and our design team and we’ve worked so hard for years perfecting the collection. We’re so proud of ACTIVE, which is made up of beautiful pieces that achieve the ideal blend of materials to support any activity; whether you’re hitting the gym, going for a run or simply staying active throughout the day.

“ACTIVE will become a wardrobe staple with our community able to mix and match their favourite styles, or layer up as we move into AW, which is part of our ethos of longevity and sustainability. We’re confident our Red Run community will love ACTIVE and it’ll become their go-to for errands and everyday attire as well as working out.”

ACTIVE is now available online, with shipping available worldwide, and in Red Run’s flagship Liverpool ONE store.
