Ionic British audio brand Roberts has taken to the streets – literally – with its latest playful stunt. Before their oversized radio display bids farewell to John Lewis, the team gave it a proper send-off: rolling it through the bustling heart of Oxford Street.

Londoners were treated to the sight of the giant red retro-inspired radio turning heads and sparking smiles, perfectly bringing CEO Owen Watters’ rallying cry to life: “Let’s get radio back on the agenda again!”

This larger-than-life display isn’t just for show; it’s part of Roberts’ mission to reignite the love for radio and celebrate its timeless sound for generations. With a nod to the brand’s rich heritage and an eye on the future, this stunt perfectly aligns with Roberts’ commitment to keeping radio relevant as an enduring and innovative medium. Roberts is amplifying its voice as the brand that is bringing radio into the modern era.
