Urban Outfitters is opening a brand-new pop-up store – The Summer Dress Shop – dedicated to a celebration of summer and design.
Opening on 27th April, the UO pop-up will be located on one of London’s most iconic shopping destinations, Kings Road Chelsea. The shop is attached to Anthropologie and is a historical site that was once a billiards hall. The 275 sq ft area will be transformed into a true Urban Outfitters space that highlights the brand’s full dress range.
Malika Zagzoule, fashion director at Urban Outfitters, said: “Summer dresses are such a staple in everyone’s wardrobe. Whether our customer wears a dress on holiday, in town, to a friend’s house or event, Urban Outfitters has something for everyone. Our unique approach to designing the dress range has allowed us to organically grow our offering of beautifully crafted garments to a point where it deserves to be celebrated and highlighted in its own way.”
The Summer Dress Shop will hold a range of styles from Urban Outfitters and will exclusively feature Light Before Dark. The store’s ambition is to attract new consumers looking for the perfect summer fits whilst giving our existing customers a different experience Urban Outfitters. The sun-ready designs have been inspired by modern tailoring, archive silhouettes, vintage fabrications and detailing for key summer looks.
The Summer Dress Shop by Urban Outfitters will be open from 27th April for the whole summer and will add to the continued expansion of Urban Outfitters Europe with three further retail spaces set to open from June 2023.
Address: 141 King’s Road, London, SW3
