Whitakers Chocolates, one of the UK’s longest-established chocolatiers, is delighted to announce the launch of its latest indulgence: new Milk Chocolate Brazil Nuts.

The launch comes on the back of significant investment, as the company has commissioned and built a dedicated nut processing facility at its Snaygill site in Skipton. This new development not only marks an exciting milestone in Whitakers’ 135-year history but also safeguards its existing BRC AA accredited factory, ensuring the continued production of its much-loved core chocolate range.

Managing director, William Whitaker, comments: “This investment hasn’t come lightly, especially with the unpredictability within the cocoa market. The first product to roll off the new production line is the double enrobed Milk Chocolate Brazil Nuts – the ultimate in chocolate indulgence, launching just in time for the festive season. Combining premium whole Brazil nuts with a rich, smooth double coating of Whitakers’ signature milk chocolate, this product is set to become a seasonal favourite.

But this is just the beginning. The new nut facility will pave the way for a pipeline of exciting product innovations – from dark chocolate Brazils (set to launch April 2026) to other much-loved classics including marzipan, nougat, and Turkish delight.

This expansion underscores Whitakers’ commitment to both heritage and innovation, ensuring that the company continues to delight generations of chocolate lo
