GoGo squeeZGoGo squeeZ, the UK’s second-fastest-growing fruit snack brand, is helping retailers squeeZ the most out of the back-to-school snacking opportunity with the launch of a nationwide Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5 on-pack promotion. Currently growing +55.1% year-on-year, significantly outperforming the Kids Fruit Snacking category, GoGo squeeZ continues to build momentum, giving retailers a compelling opportunity to drive incremental sales during one of the biggest snacking moments of the year.

Rolling out from w/c 17th August across Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons, Ocado and Amazon the limited-edition promotional packs will feature beloved Toy Story characters across GoGo squeeZ’s five core 360g Kids Fruit Snack multipacks: Apple Strawberry, Apple Mango, Multifruit, Apple & Apple Berries (RRP £2.55).

Designed to maximise standout on shelf, the vibrant promotional packaging will help capture shopper attention while bringing extra excitement to the fixture during the busy back-to-school period. As families return to their usual routines and demand for convenient lunchbox and after-school snacks increases, the promotion presents retailers with a timely opportunity to give greater visibility to kids fruit snacking, helping to drive shopper engagement and unlock incremental sales during this important trading window.

As part of the promotion, shoppers purchasing participating packs will have the opportunity to enter a nationwide competition to win the ultimate Disney and Pixar Toy Story-inspired family adventure in London. Shoppers will also have the chance to win one of 1,000 instant-win Toy Story merchandise prizes through a winning-moments mechanic. Entries are limited to one per person per day and 10 entries per person in total.

The grand prize includes a two-night stay in a London hotel for two adults and two children, a private guided tour of one of London’s world-famous toy stores complete with a £100 gift card, a sci-fi themed afternoon tea, dinner at a family-friendly pizza restaurant and an exclusive Toy Story merchandise bundle.

The campaign forms part of GoGo squeeZ’s long-standing annual Disney licensing partnership. Supported by nationwide consumer PR and social media activity, it will also be amplified through in-store point-of-sale across Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons, with shopper touchpoints including aisle fins, barkers and entry gates, subject to retailer implementation.

Oliver Richmond, marketing manager for GoGo squeeZ, said: “Back to school is one of the biggest sales opportunities of the year for GoGo squeeZ, making it the perfect time to once again partner with Disney and Pixar to bring the much-loved Toy Story characters to families across the UK.”

“Our vibrant limited-edition packs have been designed to create real standout on shelf, combining the convenient, nutritious fruit snack and great taste parents know and love with an exciting promotional mechanic that adds extra fun to everyday snacking.”

Made from 100% fruit with no added sugar, GoGo squeeZ Kids Fruit Snacks provide one of your five-a-day in a convenient, resealable pouch, making them ideal for lunchboxes, after-school snacking, family days out and everyday on-the-go occasions. As a natural source of fibre and containing, on average, 70% less sugar than many other children’s lunchbox snacks², GoGo squeeZ offers parents a convenient snack they can feel good about choosing.

The limited-edition Disney and Pixar Toy Story promotional packs will be available across Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons, Ocado and Amazon from w/c 17th August, while stocks last.
