Amber Beverage Group appoints new chief HR officer

Amber Beverage Group The fast-growing global spirits company, Amber Beverage Group (ABG), has appointed Gabor Nagy as the Group’s chief human resources officer since the beginning of March. He becomes part of the ABG Executive Board and will report to Jekaterina Stuge, ABG’s CEO.

Nagy has several years’ experience in the HR field. Most recently, he worked in a similar role with VELUX. Previously he was with AGC Glass Europe where he was HR Director for Finance & Business Services and Bridgestone EMEA as the HR Business Partner, Manufacturing & Legal. He has also worked as a Production Manager and as a training coordinator and interpreter.

Jekaterina Stuge said: “I warmly welcome Gabor to our team and believe that with his help we will be able to translate our HR priorities into actions. His international experience will help implement our long-term ambitions for an employee motivation system, helping our teams to make full use of the Lean system and internal platforms to generate improvements via new ideas. Our employees are a valuable resource and are able to offer many suggestions for positive change that can support our policy of continuous improvement. Gabor’s experience in this area will help strengthen a culture that motivates people to share their ideas.” 

Nagy said: “I am delighted to be joining ABG and its ambitious, creative, and highly skilled team. I look forward to the collaboration throughout the entire organization in pursuit of achieving ABG’s growth plans, and to bring the company to the next level by continuously improving the People Plan.”
