Bleecker Burger is set to open biggest restaurant yet on Baker Street, London

Bleecker BurgerBleecker Burger, crowned best burger by Dine Out with the brand’s signature burger, the Bacon Double, is bringing its legendary burgers to a brand-new home at 195 Baker Street on the 1st April.

To kick off the excitement and pay homage to their new Baker St location, the first 100 guests who walk in wearing a classic Sherlock Holmes hat (a deerstalker) will receive a free cheeseburger! Be sure to arrive early – this offer is valid starting at 11 am, on 1st April.

Known for serving up no-fuss, high-quality beef and perfecting the art of the burger, Bleecker has built a cult following, and now, it’s expanding once again.

The Baker St menu will feature all the fan-favourites that made Bleecker famous, including the award winning Bleecker Bacon Double which won the prestigious title of Best Burger in the UK, because everything’s better with bacon; the Cheeseburger, a classic done right; and the Blue Cheese Burger, a bold, tangy, and unforgettable twist on the original.

For those that don’t eat meat, the Symplicity Burger is a must-try. And don’t forget the sides: crispy House Fries or Angry Fries, drenched in hot sauce for those who like it spicy.

This seventh location marks a major milestone for Bleecker, making it the biggest store yet fitting 28 seats and of course offering takeaway. Located right around the corner from Baker Street station it’s

the perfect stop off for commuters after a long day at work. And for the first time in 12 years, the brand has taken out a loan to support funding – setting even higher expectations for what’s to come.

But one thing isn’t changing, Bleecker’s commitment to its people. In an industry facing big challenges, Bleecker committed to pay the London Living Wage 12 months ago to ensure it’s putting its employees first, whilst also working with numerous charities.

Bleecker isn’t just about mouth watering food, it’s about giving back. Through ordering an indulgent Cherry Shake, customers will be giving back to Mermaids charity as this is where a percentage of sales go – ultimately supporting young people and their families.

With this new chapter, Bleecker is leveling up, not just in size but in service. Customers can expect a more personalised, guest-focused experience, with a dedicated General Manager leading the charge to make every visit feel special.

After 12 years of growth, incredible burgers, and a community of loyal fans, Bleecker is ready for its most exciting chapter yet.

Zan Kaufman, CEO of Bleecker, on the Baker St Opening: “At Bleecker, we’re all about breaking barriers – whether it’s smashing inequality and discrimination or serving up the best burgers out there! After 12 years, we’re taking a bold leap with our first-ever loan, fuelling our growth while staying true to what matters most: epic food, an incredible team, and standing up for what’s right. Baker Street, we’re coming in hot!”
