Decathlon, the world’s largest sporting goods retailer, today announced an exciting new partnership with Enjoy Benefits, a leading UK provider of employee benefits. This collaboration will allow clients of Enjoy Benefits and their employees to access the Cycle to Work (C2W) scheme directly through Decathlon, making high-quality cycling equipment more affordable and accessible than ever before.

Through this new partnership, eligible employees can save up to 42% on the cost of a brand-new bike and essential safety accessories by sacrificing a portion of their pre-tax salary. Participants will gain access to Decathlon’s extensive and innovative range of bicycles, including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid commuter models, and a rapidly expanding selection of electric bikes (e-bikes), alongside top-tier apparel and safety gear.

Key benefits of the partnership include:

  • Unmatched Variety: Employees can choose from Decathlon’s award-winning in-house brands, such as Triban, Van Rysel, Rockrider, and B’Twin.
  • Substantial Savings: Tax and National Insurance tax breaks mean significant discounts on commuting gear.
  • Health and Sustainability: Supporting businesses in lowering their carbon footprint while promoting physical and mental well-being across workforces.

Chrysanthe Rukebesha, Head of B2B at Decathlon UK, said: “We are thrilled to officially partner with Enjoy Benefits for their Cycle to Work scheme. At Decathlon, our mission is to bring people together through sport to make wellbeing accessible for all. Partnering with Enjoy Benefits allows us to help thousands more commuters choose an active, eco-friendly way to travel to work with top-tier equipment at incredible value.”

Amy Austin, Account Manager at Enjoy Benefits, said: “Partnering with Decathlon UK is an exciting step in expanding the choice and value available through our Cycle to Work scheme. By combining Decathlon’s extensive range of quality bikes and accessories with our employee benefits platform, we’re helping more organisations empower their people to embrace active, sustainable travel.”

By integrating Decathlon’s robust retail footprint and online store with Enjoy Benefits’ seamless platform management, employers can easily introduce or upgrade their existing workplace well-being initiatives without administrative hassle.

How to take advantage:

Employers registered with Enjoy Benefits can immediately offer Decathlon as a fulfillment partner. Employees looking to browse eligible gear or learn how to apply can visit the official Decathlon Cycle to Work page.
