Emilias Crafted PastaAfter eight years of serving their fresh, soul-warming pasta in 4 Central London restaurants, Emilia’s Crafted Pasta announces the launch of their brand-new range of premium pasta retail products, now available to purchase on their e-commerce platform and coming soon to shops and supermarkets near you.

With a deep understanding of young guests’ preferences (75% of their customers are aged between 14 and 35) the team at Emilia’s is ready to revolutionise the retail pasta market: Emilia’s pasta products are set to become the go-to choice for a new generation of pasta lovers.

As pioneers in London’s pasta restaurant scene, they are now set to redefine how pasta is enjoyed at home – and make every kitchen shelf look amazingly decorated!

Key features that distinguish Emilia’s pasta products from other retail pasta brands:

  • –  Made with 100% Italian durum wheat and P.G.I. certified: Emilia’s pasta products are crafted in the small Italian hill town of Gragnano, using traditional production methods which follow the strict criteria of the Gragnano consortium.
  • –  Bronze die extrusion and slow drying: the pasta is bronze die extruded (ensuring
  • –  a rough texture that clings to sauces) and slow-dried for 9-18 hours at lowtemperatures (resulting in a natural, easier-to-digest product).
  • –  Artistic and 100% recyclable packaging: the custom-made, artistically designedpackaging resonates with younger generations and respects Emilia’s commitment to sustainability, being made of 100% recyclable paper (no plastic!).

– Unique pasta shapes: forget the usual supermarket options: Emilia’s pasta products are available in three unique shapes:

The new pasta products will be available for purchase online via their just launched e- commerce (www.emiliaspasta.com), with plans to hit retail shelves soon.

Emilia’s is the pioneer of the London pasta restaurant scene to broaden its business horizons with the launch of premium dried pasta for retail, bringing their expertise, brand values and passion for pasta into a new market segment.
