Collider, the fast-growing functional alcohol-free beer brand, launches in Morrisons on Monday 7 September, in its biggest retail listing to date and the first time a functional beer has been stocked by a bricks and mortar supermarket chain in the UK.
Collider Lager (4 x 330ml) will be stocked in 227 Morrisons stores nationwide, with Collider Session IPA (4 x 330ml) joining it in 127 of those stores. Both will sit in the alcohol-free beer aisle at an RRP of £6.50 per 4-pack, with a 2 for £10 launch offer running across the estate.
Unlike conventional alcohol-free beer, Collider is brewed with the brand’s Unwind Blend™ of functional ingredients, including lion’s mane mushroom and ashwagandha. The result is a craft-quality beer under 0.5% ABV that keeps the ritual and the relaxation of a proper beer, without the alcohol or the hangover. Collider Lager is 36 calories per can and gluten-free.
The listing debuts Collider’s new four-pack format, created for grocery.
Harry Cooke, founder of Collider, said: “We built Collider on a simple idea: take the alcohol out of beer and put something better in. Most alcohol-free beer asks you to settle for less. We add functional ingredients like lion’s mane and ashwagandha, so cracking open a cold one still does something for you. Landing in 227 Morrisons stores puts that choice in front of millions of shoppers for the first time, and we couldn’t be prouder to be on shelf.”
The launch comes as the UK’s low and no alcohol category passes £2bn in annual sales*, with functional brews, beers with added nootropics and adaptogens, emerging as its fastest-moving segment. Collider has ridden that wave direct-to-consumer: founded in 2024, the brand has grown revenue more than fivefold in the past year, built a base of more than 4000 regular subscribers, and launched into venues such as Dishoom, Hoxton, Six Senses and Planet Organic.
Collider Lager and Collider Session IPA are available in 227 and 127 Morrisons stores respectively from 7 September 2026, and online at drinkcollider.com.
