Leading natural and organic foods retailer Whole Foods Market will be introducing over 141 staple, UK-favourite brands to its offering across its seven London stores in the coming months. These new products, including Cathedral City Cheddar, Weetabix and McVities Biscuits, have all passed Whole Foods Market’s rigorous Quality Food Standards, which prohibit over 230 preservatives, flavours, colours, sweeteners and other ingredients commonly found in food.
Starting from March this year, customers can expect to see over 180 products hitting shelves, a number that will gradually increase throughout 2024. These staple items will strategically priced so consumers can pick up essential items at a competitive price. This forms part of the retailer’s mission to provide customers with a more value-driven and varied shop, without compromising on quality.
Jade Hoai, director of purchasing and distribution at Whole Foods Market UK, commented: “We are constantly reviewing our offering at Whole Foods Market to ensure we are providing our customers the best experience possible.
“We want to ensure we remain a trusted location for shoppers to come and do their weekly shop, knowing that all products in-store have passed our rigorous quality standards.
“All products will be competitively priced with major retailers, allowing customers to come in-store and shop their favourite, household brands and still leave with a value-led basket of quality products.”
