RithumRithum, a leading global commerce solutions provider, has earned Amazon Marketplace Platinum Partner status in Europe. Rithum works with major European brands and its Platinum status means new sellers may qualify for priority onboarding support, including a dedicated account manager and priority issue resolution. Existing customers which include Superdry, Draper Tools, KitchenAid, Marks & Spencer, and QVC, gain faster support and escalation paths.

Rithum is one of the only platforms that integrates across both Amazon Seller and Vendor Marketplace and Amazon Ads, giving brands a single solution to sell and scale visibility.

Clients of Rithum have access to a range of tools to support sales via Amazon, including an algorithmic repricer, pricing console, and competitive analysis dashboard. These tools directly help clients win more Buy Box share, increase revenue, and operate more efficiently on Amazon.

John Gillan, Vice President of Sales at Rithum commented: “This recognition from Amazon deepens our long-standing relationship and is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team, but more importantly, it’s a reflection of the success we help our clients achieve every day.

“Reaching Platinum status shows our commitment to providing our clients with unparalleled access, support, and technology to help them grow and succeed on Amazon, unlocking exclusive benefits and resources. These benefits will directly translate into faster growth and an improved experience for all of our customers during a highly competitive golden quarter.”

Rithum has delivered significant results for clients recently, including a 46% increase in GMV via pricing automation, 191% ROI in under 6 months, 600+ hours saved per marketplace annually and 85% improvement in marketplace management efficiency.

For more than two decades, Rithum has been a trusted partner to global retailers and brands, providing the scalability and infrastructure to compete in a fragmented commerce landscape. Leveraging deep commerce expertise and one of the industry’s richest data sets, Rithum pairs advanced AI with hands-on market knowledge to optimize decisions, uncover new opportunities, and streamline fulfilment. Upcoming partnerships will further expand Rithum’s AI capabilities, creating even greater opportunities for clients to innovate.
